ADSL! At Last

At last, we can now talk with confidence about ADSL in Lebanon. Unlike others, we at WISE didn’t want to confuse our customers before we really knew for a fact that ADSL is becoming a reality; WISE was among the first service providers to sign an MOU with the Ministry of Telecommunications in January 2006 for providing ADSL services in the country.

All you wanted to know about aDSL!

Theoretically, anyone in Lebanon who has a fixed telephone line will be eligible for a ADSL connection. But as a first stage, ADSL will start only in a few central offices in the main cities in order to expand gradually and cover the whole Lebanese territory throughout the next couple of years. (Check if ADSL has already reached your region). The availability of ADSL is dependant on the distance you are from your local telephone exchange and whether your exchange is ADSL enabled. But keep in mind that, as in most countries, there will be long queues for ADSL service delivery. Register your interest NOW!!
