A technical support team will be readily available even during off-hours to diagnose and intervene whenever a problem arises in order to make sure the corporate customer has a reliable and stable connection at all times.

A Customer Service department will also be available for any questions or concerns the customer may have and for any changes needed on the link (upgrades, downgrades, etc…)
